If you are riding the Canadian Trail please use caution on 1st 6.5 miles of trail (Airport Rd). The trail is a shared plow road, please use caution and don't use excessive speed (<15mph)!! Until more snow has fallen I would not recommend the Canadian trail !
Several days of above freezing weather have taken some of the great snow away. Expecting colder temperatures tonight and this weekend to freeze the trails back up. Groomers to go out again tomorrow should make things as good as they can be.
Conditions for trails:
- Rangeley trail to be groomed tomorrow.
- Jackman/Forks to be groomed tomorrow.
- Stratton trails to Carabassett are groomed.
- Canadian trail was groomed last week however use caution on 1st 6.5 miles of trail (Airport Rd). The trail is a shared plow road, please use caution and don't use excessive speed! Due to rain and warm temperatures I would not recommend this trail because of the plowed road which could be bare in spots.
Enjoy the riding and drive safe.
